Library Thing

So, I created my list on Library Thing with about 20 titles. I tried to add the widget and it does show on the blog but says not enough books - what's up with that? The instructions don't tell you how many titles you need to make the widget work? Frustration!

This was a challenging exercise, but I think I got the hang of it. The funny thing is that Outlook wouldn't open the images from an e-mail - potentially dangerous. ¡Aguas!

Technology

I was just asked to opine for an article in the Hispano de Tulsa newspaper about kids wasting all this time on setting up and managing their Facebook and Twitter accounts. I told them that - ahem - as an information professional, not just kids, but we all need to be proficient at the newer modes of communication. Good thing I'm getting caught up!
